3.1. We take pride in the quality of our products. However, in the rare instance of receiving a damaged or faulty product, we offer a product replacement service.
3.2. To be eligible for a product replacement, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at 0711493493 to coordinate the exchange. Photographic evidence of the damage or fault may be required.
3.3. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or faults. No cash back or refunds will be provided.
4.1. To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
5.1. The content on the Website, including without limitation, the text, graphics, photos, and other materials, is owned or licensed by Alliance Autocare (Private) Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
